West Coast Shared Server MariaDB Updates

On Thursday, Sept 23rd at 3:00 AM Eastern Time (12:00 AM Pacific Time). Our Systems Administration team will be performing serval upgrades to our shared hosting fleet. MariaDB will be undergoing an upgrade. Once this is in progress, you will notice disruption to your websites and may get errors connecting to your database and PHPMyAdmin.

Please note that this is only temporary while the upgrade is in progress. Once completed, you should see your websites back live again, and all access to the databases using PHPMyAdmin will also be working.

Once our Systems Administration teams notify us of the maintenance start, we will post updates to our status page to let you know that updates are in the works and when the updates have been finished.
