NGX296 Mail issues

Customers located on server NGX296 may be experiencing email issues making it seem like the email is not there, and also may experience errors with webmail or dovecot/IMAP errors. Our T3 team is aware and addressing these issues.

    Chat Scheduled Maintenance

    Beginning at 3:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time, our service provider ZenDesk will be performing scheduled maintenance on our chat interface. The expected timeframe of this maintenance is roughly 45 minutes. During this time, no new chats will begin, and all current chats will be disconnected. If your chat is disconnected as a result, please wait about an hour until the maintenance is resolved and reach out again. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
