We have identified issues affecting connectivity to our West Coast servers. If your account is hosted there, you might experience temporary connectivity issues with your website and email. We don't have an estimated resolution time yet, but we'll provide updates here as soon as we can.

The connectivity issues affecting our West Coast servers have now been resolved. The issue was due to maintenance by an upstream provider, and normal service has been restored. We appreciate your patience while we worked through this, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our Systems team has identified that the ongoing connectivity issues affecting our West Coast servers are due to maintenance being performed by Cogent, one of our upstream providers. While our network has adjusted routing preferences to mitigate the impact, some customers may still experience intermittent connectivity issues until Cogent completes their work. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as we receive more information.
