Unplanned VPS Maintenance

We are pleased to inform you that the maintenance affecting a small portion of our VPS environments has now concluded. The high load issue on wccomp10-havp23 has been resolved, and the affected VPS instances have successfully undergone maintenance checks. All services are now operating normally. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Our System Administration team has identified issues requiring unplanned maintenance within a small portion of our VPS containers. Customers with accounts housed within a VPS environment may experience temporary connectivity issues to their website and email while the maintenance is performed. There is not currently an estimated time for this issue to be resolved, but updates will be provided here as they become available.
