Our T3 department has reopened the CWP ports across all affected VPS and Dedicated servers. If you were previously impacted, CWP access should now be restored. Maintenance on our VPS and Dedicated Servers using Control Web Panel (CWP) is currently ongoing.

If you use CWP as your web server control panel, please contact Support via chat, phone, or email to have your IP address(es) whitelisted and restore access to CWP.

Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.

If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.
