We are currently aware of connectivity issues affecting customer attempting to reach our Name Servers. Our System Administrators are investigating the incident and working to resolve it as swiftly as possible. Customers may experience connectivity issues to their website and email during this period. As a result of the network issues some internal tools are down and our ability to troubleshoot is limited. There is not currently an estimated time for this issue to be resolved however we will apply updates here as they become available. We appreciate your patience while we work through this.

This morning both of our primary and secondary nameservers for inmotionhosting.com experienced a simultaneous outage. This resulted in the inability to resolve some domains or hostnames that rely on these nameservers for approximately 2 hours. As of 0500est we were able to successfully begin serving DNS query responses again. While we believe this issue to be resolved at this time, we will continue to monitor the immediate situation to ensure no long lasting effects. Thank you for your patience.
