Unplanned VPS Maintenance

We're currently undergoing maintenance on our eccomp16-havp18 node to ensure its stability and performance. This maintenance process may lead to some temporary fluctuations in service availability and performance. Customers may experience brief interruptions or delays in service, and there may be temporary fluctuations in network and server performance. Our technical team is actively monitoring the situation, and updates will be provided here as necessary. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

InnoDB isssues

Our Systems team have identified problems with InnoDB on servers ld293 and biz265. We are in the process of resolving these problems. While no estimated time for resolution is available, we are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

    Planned Maintenance: cPanel Updates on Shared Servers

    The Scheduled cPanel Maintenance has begun. This maintenance includes cPanel security updates on all Shared servers. Restarts of services are expected and may result in temporary connectivity issues to customers' websites and emails.

  • Intermittent Phone Connectivity

    Currently, our Talk provider is experiencing an outage that is impacting inbound and outbound calls for Canadian phone numbers. They are observing recovery for outbound calls to Canada and are continuing to work with their carrier partner for Inbound call failures from Canadian networks.

    At this time, our Talk provider has confirmed they have resolved the cause of Inbound/Outbound call issues to/from Canada. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
