Our Systems Administration team has identified issues affecting our connectivity to South East Asia and Australia. There is not currently an estimated time for this issue to be resolved, but updates will be provided here as they become available.
At this time the issue affecting the Hong Kong Internet Exchange appears to be resolved.
Our Systems Administration team was able to determine that the connectivity issue is being caused by a backbone provider, Hong Kong Internet Exchange.
The Scheduled cPanel Maintenance has once again begun. This maintenance includes cPanel security updates on all Shared servers. Restarts of services are expected and may result in temporary connectivity issues to customers' websites and emails.
