Virtual Private Server outage

Currently, we are aware that some of our Virtual Private Server platforms are experiencing a heavy load. Our System Administrators are investigating the incident and working to resolve it as swiftly as possible. Customers on our Virtual Private Server platform may experience connectivity issues to their website and email during this period. Our Systems team is aware and is working on resolving the issue. We appreciate your patience while we work through this.

    ecngx303 Service Outage

    Our System Administration team has identified issues requiring unplanned maintenance on server ecngx303. Customers may experience temporary connectivity issues to their website and email while the maintenance is performed. There is not currently an estimated time for this issue to be resolved, we are working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be provided as they become available.
