Shared Server Updates

We are actively monitoring the performance of ecngx300 and ecngx318 on CloudLinux 8 following the recent deployment of patches.

Our Systems Architect Team is still working closely with AT&T to resolve issues related to blocked mail IPs in our Amsterdam Data Center.

ZenDesk incident preventing chats, calls, tickets

Our messaging platform, ZenDesk, is currently experiencing authentication issues that are affecting multiple services including our chats, phone lines, and ticket portal. They are actively investigating the problem and we hope to resume providing these services shortly! We appreciate your patience during this time and will post an update when services resume.

    Shared Server Updates

    We are in the process of deploying patches to several shared servers running CloudLinux 8 to address recent performance issues.

    In addition, our Systems Architect Team is collaborating with AT&T to resolve blocked mail IPs in the Amsterdam Data Center. We are actively working to restore full email functionality as soon as possible.
