Ongoing Microsoft Greylisting Investigation

We are currently investigating and working diligently to mitigate issues with our Shared Servers being greylisted by Microsoft mail servers. Our team is actively addressing the situation and will continue working through the weekend to resolve this matter for our affected mail IPs. If you are still experiencing issues sending mail and require immediate assistance, please let us know so that we can continue to explore options for mitigating this. Additionally, we are implementing a more permanent solution with a new, robust outbound mail filtering system in the near future. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore seamless mail delivery.
