We are currently investigating and working diligently to mitigate issues with our Shared Servers being greylisted by Microsoft mail servers. Our team is actively addressing the situation and will continue working through the weekend to resolve this matter for our affected mail IPs. Additionally, we are implementing a more permanent solution with a new, robust outbound mail filtering system in the near future.
