Dedicated Server Physical Relocation
On August 28th, many of our Dedicated Servers are scheduled for a physical relocation to our new state-of-the-art data center facility, part of the NTT Global Data Centers. The move will take place overnight, beginning at 9:00 PM EST and should be completed by 2:00AM EST.
Rest assured, our team is making every effort to minimize disruption to your service. And your server will be closely monitored throughout the transition until connectivity is fully restored.
During the move, you can expect approximately 2-4 hours of downtime. We expect that most customers will experience less downtime than anticipated.
You can find additional information and periodic updates about this move here: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/news/ecdc-migration-2024/.
Thank you for your understanding while we work through the migration process. We believe that these significant upgrades will greatly enhance your hosting experience.
