Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.

If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.

Dedicated Server Physical Relocation

On August 30th, many of our Dedicated Servers are scheduled for a physical relocation to our new state-of-the-art data center facility, part of the NTT Global Data Centers. The move will take place overnight, beginning at 9:00 PM EST and should be completed by 2:00AM EST.

Rest assured, our team is making every effort to minimize disruption to your service. And your server will be closely monitored throughout the transition until connectivity is fully restored.

During the move, you can expect approximately 2-4 hours of downtime. We expect that most customers will experience less downtime than anticipated.
