Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.

If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.

We are currently performing unscheduled maintenance on shared servers housed in the our WCDC. If your account is located on one of these servers, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues and slowness with sites and services running on these servers. There currently is not a time for resolution. Updates will be posted as they become available.
