Maintenance on our VPS and Dedicated servers that utilize Control Web Panel (CWP) is ongoing. If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored.

Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.
If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.

This issue has been resolved. cPanel has released the necessary updates to address the "421 Misdirected Request" error affecting websites using EA-NGINX. Our team has applied the updated packages across affected systems, and normal functionality has been restored.
We will continue to monitor closely, but no further impact is expected at this time.

We've received messaging from cPanel. They will be patching their build of ea-apache24 and are currently in the testing stage. We will provide more updates as they become available.

We are aware of an issue affecting websites utilizing EA-NGINX, where visitors may encounter a "421 Misdirected Request" error. This issue has been identified by cPanel and is related to recent updates within the EA-NGINX configuration. cPanel is currently investigating the root cause and working toward a permanent fix. In the meantime, our team is actively monitoring affected systems and will apply any recommended workarounds as they become available.
