Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.

If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.

We are aware of an issue impacting our domain management system. Customers may encounter errors when attempting to view or manage their domains in their Account Management Panel (AMP). This may also affect availability checks, registrations, renewals, transfers, and modifications.

The issue is being investigated by our domain registrar. At this time, there is no estimated resolution time available.

We will provide updates here as soon as more information becomes available.
