Investigating
Unplanned maintenance will be occuring on multiple VPS and Dedicated servers specifically using Control Web Panel (CWP). No other servers are affected by this maintenance. During and after this period CWP ports will be closed by default and will require users to have their IP whitelisted.
If you are using CWP as your webserver control panel, please contact Support via chat/phone/email to have your IP(s) whitelisted and CWP access restored. If you are not using CWP as your webserver control panel, no further action is necessary.
Fixed
The issues with servers ecngx347, ecngx264, ecngx235, and ecngx285 have been resolved, and services have returned to normal operation. If you continue to experience any issues, please reach out to our support team. We are still investigating the issue with ngx234. Updates will be provided as they are available. Thank you for your patience!
