    Spoofed and Malicious Emails

    We are currently aware of spoofed and malicious emails being sent to customers that appear to be from us. These emails* reference: InMotion Support Ticket # - Other - Your Cloud account's services are about to be suspended. These emails are malicious and are not sent from InMotion Hosting; we do encourage you to ignore this email and to not click any of the links present.

    Our Legal Team and System Administration Team is taking every action to stop this third-party mail service from continuing to send out these spoofed emails and websites. We apologize for any confusion and frustrations that this may have caused. We want to assure you that this email is not in any way affiliated with us and should not be trusted.     MySQL Service Interruption

    We are aware of an issue impacting the operation of MySQL on shared server ecngx270. Our systems administration team is investigating the issue.
