    We are seeing positive results from the scheduled maintenance on early 9/28 for the targeted servers (ngx341, amsngx344, and ngx353) and are continuing to monitor mail related quality of service closely over the next hours.

    Shared Server Updates

    A planned reboot for ngx341 is being scheduled for early 9/28 in association with our ongoing work with CloudLinux. Due to quality of service events within the last 24 hours, our systems administration team is focusing on the following impacted servers: res345, ecngx300, ecbiz316, and ecngx303.

    We are pleased to report that the planned reboot for ngx341 on 9/28 has been successfully completed as part of our ongoing work with CloudLinux. Additionally, our systems administration team has resolved the quality of service issues affecting res345, ecngx300, ecbiz316, and ecngx303. All impacted servers are now operating normally.
